Shipping Return Policy

1. Order Delivery

Once you’ve checked out on our website and your payment is confirmed we will dispatch your order within 24 hours via our delivery partners (this varies as per the shipping address provided during checkout). Any order within India should not take more than 7-10 working days to deliver depending on the location.

We have tied up with various delivery partners across the country and they will deliver your order.

Please note: Since we partner with logistics providers, there might be cases where orders are delayed due to (unforeseen circumstances situations i.e. service delay due to the situation at large in your area of delivery). In such cases, we will provide a reference number for order tracking so that the customer can also get in touch with the logistics provider.

2. Change Shipment Address

You cannot change the shipping address once an order is confirmed. This might only be possible to change, if the order has not been shipped. Please contact us with your order number on +91 96003 99022 if you need to change your address before shipment.

4. Delivery Area / Locality

You will be able to check this detail at the time of checkout when you enter the address. If we are unable to deliver in your area – you will not be able to checkout.

5. Delayed Delivery

In case of a delay, our customer support team will keep you updated about your delivery. In such cases, we will provide a reference number for order tracking so that the customer can also get in touch with the logistics provider.

6. Return Policy

Once a product has been shipped it cannot be returned. If due to some reason the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the product the customer can get in touch with our customer support team.

7. Refund Policy

No refunds are possible once payment has been made. If due to some reason the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the product the customer can get in touch with our customer support team – we shall issue a credit note/coupon for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.

8. Shipment Support
